Our industry has fallen short in recent years. We have all seen or heard stories where contractors have taken innocent homeowner’s down payments and then never done the intended work. In some instances, the contractors do show up but the work is so sub- par that the homeowner feels they “wasted” their life savings on the project and just can’t wait to be “DONE” with the project and the contractor!!!
